All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

During high-volume periods (such as holidays or major sales), processing times may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Orders):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery progress.
If you don’t receive tracking details within 3 business days, contact us at info@brownsken.com for assistance.
5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
BrownSken Clothing Line LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional reshipping fees may apply.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, BrownSken Clothing Line LLC is not liable for lost or stolen items.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly or email us — we’ll help track it down whenever possible.
7. Preorders & Backorders
If an item is on preorder or backorder, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may ship separately.
