If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. You may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.
1. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Original tags and packaging must be intact.

Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
2. How to Start a Return

Email us at info@brownsken.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed shipping instructions.

Ship the item back using a trackable delivery service.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take pride in quality, but if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, please email photos of the damaged product for review.

If you received an incorrect item, we’ll send a prepaid return label and ship the correct one as soon as the return is received.
Once verified, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement promptly.
4. Refunds

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
